
Andreas Lautemann joined SICK in 2008 as a Production Engineer and now serves as the President R&D and Product Management, North America, reporting to Dr. Niels Syassen, a member of the SICK AG Executive Board. In his current role, Andreas is a member of the SICK Management Board for SICK Product & Competence Center Americas overseeing R&D and Functional Safety, including all engineering functions, safety standards, competence, and Product Lifecycle Management Services. Additionally, he handles product management responsibilities.
Before assuming his current position at SICK, Andreas held the roles of Team Manager for Process Design and Team Manager for Continuous and Customized Engineering. Most recently, he served as the head of the BU R&D Motor Feedback Systems in the Business Cluster Sensing Efficiency for the last seven years.
Andreas attended the University of Hochschule Konstanz in Germany, where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering. His technology and leadership skills, combined with a customer-centric mindset and a Business Cluster perspective, contribute significantly to his role within SICK Product & Competence Center Americas.

Christian Weisenahl joined the U.S. subsidiary of SICK in January 2023. He currently serves as President of Finance and IT, Americas, where he oversees Finance & Controlling, IT, Facilities, and Cluster Communications.
Christian reports to Jan Eberhardt, a member of the SICK AG Executive Board. He is also a member of the SICK Management Board North America and the SICK Management Board for the Product & Competence Center Americas.
Prior to his current role, Christian served on the Management Board of SICK's German Sales and Service unit from 2018 to 2022, where he was responsible for Finance & Controlling, HR, IT, Order Processing, as well as Field Service and Project Execution.
Christian graduated from the University of Cologne in Germany with a degree in Business Administration.

Dave Szczepanski has been serving as the President and Chairman of the SICK Product and Competency Center Americas since April 8, 2024. He initially joined the company in November 2012 and currently reports to Niels Syassen, a member of the SICK AG Executive Board.
Throughout his career, Dave has spent time at SICK AG’s headquarters in Waldkirch, Germany, where he gained valuable intercultural experience. Before assuming his current role, he was the President of Service and Project Execution for North America. Additionally, Dave led the Logistics Automation Sales division, where he played a key role in shaping sales and marketing strategies.
Dave holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from GMI Engineering and Management (now Kettering University). With over 20 years of experience in systems execution, project management, and sales, his deep expertise is a key driver of his leadership.

Elise Furlan joined SICK in 2014 as an attorney, becoming the first attorney outside Germany to join the SICK group. She currently serves as President People & Legal North America, where she oversees Human Resources, Compliance, People Development, and Legal operations across North America. Elise is a member of the SICK Management Board North America and the SICK Management Board Product & Competence Center Americas.
Before assuming her current role, Elise served as the Compliance Officer for the Americas and Asia, as well as the General Counsel for North America. In these capacities, she established international relationships and developed a world-class Legal Department.
Elise holds an Economics and Political Science degree with a concentration in International Relations from Carleton College. She earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota and studied finance and accounting at Harvard. Her strong global perspective was shaped by her studies abroad at the University of Cambridge and the American University of Beirut.

Mike Colby joined SICK in February 2012 and currently serves as President Service, North America, as well as a member of the SICK North America Management Board, reporting to Markus Scaglioso, a member of the SICK AG Executive Board. Mike oversees Lifetime Services, Project Execution, Customer Care, and Operational Excellence. His role focuses on driving innovation and improving operational efficiency across the organization.
Throughout his tenure at SICK, Mike has held several key leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales for International and Global Key Accounts (IKA/GKA) and Head of Logistics Automation. In these positions, he consistently delivered revenue and profitability growth while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. Earlier in his career at SICK, Mike served as Sales Director for the Automotive team, where he played a vital role in strengthening SICK's position and ensuring long-term success in the industry.
Mike earned his MBA in Business Management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and holds a BA from DePauw University.

Randy Ross joined SICK in 2008 as Supply Chain Manager. Currently, Randy serves as President, Supply Chain & Operations North America, he is a member of the SICK Management Board for SICK Product & Competence Center Americas, reporting directly to Ulrike Kahle-Roth, a member of the SICK AG Executive Board.
Before assuming his current position, Randy held the role of Supply Chain Director. In that role, he provided direct leadership in areas such as Inventory Management, Distribution, and Transportation.
Randy’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Winona State University. His expertise in supply chain solutions, inventory management, and achieving bottom-line results significantly contributes to his role within SICK Product & Competence Center Americas.

Ron Jubis joined SICK in 2015. He currently serves as President Sales and Managing Director North America, reporting to Markus Scaglioso, a member of the SICK AG Executive Board. Ron's responsibilities span Sales, Market Product Management, Marketing, and Consulting & Digital Solutions operations across North America. Before this role, Ron pioneered the Consulting & Digital Solutions team in North America--the first of its kind within the global SICK Group--and expanded its reach across borders, assisting customers on their digital transformation journey. Additionally, Ron has led the largest global key account team within the SICK Group, resulting in the world's largest direct and indirect account business for SICK.
Ron studied abroad at the Hochschule Esslingen - University of Applied Sciences in Esslingen, Germany. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a concentration in Automotive Design & Analysis from Kettering University.
